Tata has started accepting booking for Tigor EV at Rs. 21000.00.
Tata Motors is gearing up to launch one Tigor EV to their Electric Vehicle line, Tata is setting a new bench mark in Indian EV market by launching new electric cars each year. Tata Tigor EV is set to launch on 31 August, 2021. Dealerships have already started accepting bookings for a token amount of Rs. 21,000.
Tata Tigor EV 2021 is facelift of Tigor petrol version. It gets updated front fascia featuring sharper styling and blue accents to help differentiate it from from the petrol version.
On safety side, it comes with front dual airbags, ABS with EBD. cornering stability, hill ascent and hill descent assists.
On the inside, car gets 7 inch digital display with Tata’s iRA connected suite, electrically folding ORVMs, smart key, keyless entry with a push-start button.
The Tigor EV uses Ziptron electric powertrain. The car is equipped with 74 BHP and 105 Nm of torque and 21.5 Kwh lithium ion battery pack. The car claims to sprint from 0-60 kmph in 5.7 seconds and can be charged from 0-80% in 110* min from fast charger. While the same can be achieved in 11.5 hours using a standard home charger. Tata Tigor Ev will give you a range of 213 km on a full charge.
