Ola Electric Scooter Launch

The launch of highly anticipated ev scooter may launch soon on the roads, CEO & chairman group, Ola. Bhavesh Agarwal has tweeted about ola electric and asked his followers what color options do they like on their scooter, hinting at launch of ola scooter. The prices of ola scooter are likely to be launched soon in coming days, Based on etergo appscooter, the ola scooter will have range of 100-150km and get features like removable li-ion battery, digital dashboard with plenty of options, cloud connectivity, Bluetooth, alloy wheels and much more.
The Ola future factory is being built with an investment of about ₹ 2400 crore. The facility will be able to generate employment for over 2000 people initially, going up to 10,000 once fully operational. About 10 million man-hours have been planned to construct the facility.
The fully operational plant will meet Industry 4.0 standard, Will have installed capacity of 10 million electric scooters per annum. The plant will have 10 assembly lines and will be able to roll out a scooter every 2 seconds and 25000 batteries per day. The ola promises to have competitive pricing that will take on Ather 450x, TVS IQube, Bajaj Chetak and similar in this segment.
